BYOK is a bring-your-own-gear PC club. This policy explains, in plain language, what we do with the small amount of information the club site and front desk collect from you. We keep the list short on purpose: the less we hold, the less there is to worry about.

What we collect

When you book a desk through the site, we receive the name, email, visit date, the kit you plan to bring, and whether you want a locker. If you join the club-notes list, we hold only your email. At the front desk we keep a locker log — the cell number, the open and close time, and the tag it belongs to — so we always know whose gear is where.

How we use it

Booking details let us warm a station, queue your cloud profile, and reserve a locker if you asked for one. Your email lets us confirm the visit or send the occasional club note about hours and events. Locker logs exist for one reason only: to keep your gear accountable while it is in our care. We do not sell, rent, or trade any of it.

Cookies

The site uses a single small cookie, cookie_consent, which records that you accepted this notice so the banner stops appearing. It stores no personal data and no tracking identifier. You can clear it any time through your browser settings, and the banner will simply return on your next visit. We do not run third-party advertising or analytics cookies on this site.

How long we keep it

Booking records are held only as long as needed to serve your visit and answer follow-up questions, then retired. Locker logs are kept for the length of your rental plus a short window afterwards. Ask us to remove your details and we will, unless we are required to keep a record for a specific booking already served.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the details we hold, and you can leave the club-notes list from any note we send. Reach the team using the contact details in the site footer. We answer these requests as quickly as the front desk reasonably can.
